Rajasthan RPSC Assistant Statistical Officer Exam 2021 syllabus has been released. Rajasthan Public Service Commission has recently announced the recruitment for the post of Assistant Statistician. For this recruitment, examination will be organized by RPSC in the near future. RPSC has announced the syllabus of this recruitment exam for the candidates on 12th January 2022. राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग ने हाल ही में सहायक सांख्यिकीविद् के पद के लिए भर्ती की घोषणा की है। इस भर्ती के लिए निकट भविष्य में आरपीएससी द्वारा परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। आरपीएससी ने 12 जनवरी 2022 को उम्मीदवारों के लिए इस भर्ती परीक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम की घोषणा की है। हमारे द्वारा इस भर्ती के पाठ्यक्रम का संक्षिप्त विवरण इस लेख में नीचे दिया गया है।

RPSC Assistant Statistical Officer Exam 2021 syllabus and Exam Pattern

RPSC के द्वारा आर्थिक एवं सांख्यकी विभाग हेतु सहायक सांख्यिकी अधिकारी (Assistant Statistical Officer) पद के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन हेतु अभ्यर्थियों को आमंत्रित किया था। इस भर्ती के लिए RPSC के द्वारा 27 नवंबर 2021 को आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की गई थी और ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए समय सीमा 01 दिसंबर 2021 से 20 दिसंबर 2021 रखी गई थी।

Exam Pattern

PATTERN OF THE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT STATISTICAL OFFICER

1. पाठ्यक्रम के अनुसार समान अंक वाले बहुविकल्पीय (वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार) के 100 प्रश्न होंगे।
2. निगेटिव मार्किंग होगी। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 1/3 अंक काटे जाएंगे।
3. न्यूनतम उत्तीर्ण अंक परीक्षा के कुल अंकों का 40% होगा।
4. भूतपूर्व सैनिक को पांच प्रतिशत की छूट या भूतपूर्व सैनिक की अनुपलब्धता की स्थिति में और पांच प्रतिशत की छूट।
5. पेपर का मानक मास्टर डिग्री स्तर का होगा।

Geography, Natural Resources and Socio-Economic Development of Rajasthan : Major physiographic divisions of Rajasthan, Vegetation and Soil, Natural Resources -Minerals, Forest, Water, Livestock, Wild Life and its Conservation, Environmental Conservation, Major Irrigation Projects, Handicrafts, Development Programmes and Schemes of the State Government, Various Resources of Power and Population in Rajasthan.
2. History, Culture and Heritage of Rajasthan: History of Rajasthan, Famous Historical & Cultural Places of Rajasthan, Folk Literature, Folk Art, Folk Drama, Lok Devian-Devata, Folk Music and Dance, Fairs & Festivals, Customs, Jewellery, Famous Forts. Temples and Hawelies. Saints of Rajasthan, Paintings-Various Schools in Rajasthan. Major Tourist Centres and Heritage Conservation.
3. Current Events and Issues of Rajasthan and India, major development in the field of Information Technology & Communication.

Part-B Statistics, Economics and Mathematics

1. Collection, Classification, Tabulation and Diagrammatic Presentation of data. Measures of Central Tendency, Dispersion, Moments, Skewness and Kurtosis.
2. Correlation and Regression: Correlation and its coefficients, Linear Regression.
3. Testing of Hypothesis: Concept of Hypothesis, Types of error in Testing, Critical Region and Level of Significance, Small and Large samples.
4. Design of Sample Survey: Sampling Unit, Sampling frame, Sampling fraction, Sampling with and without replacement, Population Parameter and Sample estimator, Efficiency, Accuracy and Precision, Sampling and Non Sampling errors, Simple random sampling, Stratified random sampling, Systematic sampling, Cluster sampling, Multistage sampling.
5. Time Series Analysis: Components, Measurements of Trend, Seasonal, Cyclical and Irregular variations.
6. Index Number: Uses, types and limitations of index numbers, construction of index numbers, simple and weighted aggregate method, Simple and weighted average price-relatives, Chain base index numbers, Base shifting, Cost of Living index numbers.
7. Vital Statistics: Collection of Vital Statistics-Measures of Mortality and Fertility rates, Life tables, Population growth.
8. System & Statistical Organization in India & Rajasthan : System of National Accounting (SNA), Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoS&PI), Central Statistical Office (CSO), National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO), Registrar General of India (RGI), NITI AYOG, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Directorate Economics & Statistics, Rajasthan (DES).
9. Economic Concepts: Law of Demand and Supply, Concept of elasticity, Demand forcasting, Price determination under different markets, National Income, Economic Growth and Planning, Inflation, Money, Banking and Financial Inclusion.
